IDS Fire and Security intruder alarm systems are individually designed for installation in many situations, from small retail outlets to commercial office applications and large industrial manufacturing complexes.
The level of security is selected by our designers utilising the latest technologies available and the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) risk assessment. This way the correct standard of detection, signalling and verification methods can be established.
Control Equipment
At IDS Fire and Security we only install user friendly tried and tested equipment, using only the market leader’s manufactured products. These products utilise the latest technology and microprocessor based systems and are fully compliant with the latest industry standards for signalling systems requiring emergency service response.
Detection Equipment
IDS Fire and Security movement detectors, door contacts, break glass and vibration sensors are selected according to the specific risk, utilising the latest technologies specified to minimise false alarms and provide effective cover.
Monitoring
Our monitoring service operates 24 Hours a day, 365 days a year. Our systems can be connected to them either by Digicom, REDCARE, GSM, or Dualcom devices. These facilities when fitted transmit a generated alarm to one of our preferred local Alarm Receiving Centres, who will then verify the alarm and call either key holders and/or emergency response services.
Maintenance and Service
All security systems maintained by IDS Fire and Security are are done so in accordance with NSI (National Security Inspectorate) guidelines. Our on-demand emergency service is available 24 hours a day in line with current industry standards.
